where my healing began —

my healing began almost two decades ago with plants and a deep prayer to heal my body. after a profound experience at fifteen — when my body broke down and i spent six weeks unable to walk — i rebuilt my health through plants, meditation, and devotion to self-healing.

some years later, i began crafting tinctures and herbal remedies to continue tending to my body’s ailments, and what began as a personal journey of restoration soon became an undeniable calling to help others do the same.

deeper layers

  • beneath the surface, i met deeper layers of healing, including recovery from a debilitating eating disorder, which revealed to me an enduring truth:

    healing what once felt unhealable awakens a liberation beyond anything i’d ever known.

    for the past decade, i’ve walked with ancestral medicines and traditions of the amazon, letting the spirit of the plants shape the way i see, feel, and serve. this work has been integral in guiding me to truth and coherence in my own life.

  • today, i guide women through self-discovery, healing, and the reclamation of truth — allowing them to live lives that are truly in coherence with their essence.

    through my 1:1 mentorship and private retreats, i create containers that expand the vision for what is possible for your life. from there, we design the blueprint that gets you there.
